Melanie Olinto is a real estate sales agent with over 14 years of experience selling homes in and around the greater Boston area. Melanie's path to real estate came via a Bachelor of Arts in English from Colby College in Maine. After school she spent four years in event planning and fund-raising for the Muscular Dystrophy Association in Boston. The desire to help others, organize large-scale events and negotiate the best deal translated easily to helping people find their dream home.
Melanie offers a personal commitment to her customers, aiming to earn clients for life. High energy, patience, and honesty are the values that Melanie displays when helping buyers and sellers understand the complexity of executing a real estate transaction. Whether upgrading within the city, moving to the suburbs or returning to town, Melanie has the expertise and persistence to give her clients peace of mind throughout the entire process.
In 2016, Melanie closed just over $18m in sales and in 2015 just under $20m sales, both years earning her recognition in "Boston's Top 20 Agents". In 2014, Melanie closed just under $17M earning her “Diamond Level” for Engel & Volkers Worldwide. Melanie is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
Outside of work, you will find Melanie with her husband, three boys and golden retriever at one of South End's parks where she has been a resident for 14 years. She is heavily invested in the community and helps her husband run a South End youth community basketball program. Melanie also enjoys working out at her CrossFit gym or running along the Charles River.
Because she has built her business on friends and referrals, Melanie understands the value of relationships. She is and always will be committed to genuinely caring about her customers and delivering a personal experience.
